Erin, Clayton and I had an absolutely gorgeous day to tour Virginia Beach taking pictures all over the city. With crystal clear blue skies we started our shoot in dappled sunlight under the large trees at the Adam Thoroughgood House. It was at the Thoroughgood House that we had a guest star join us for a cameo, his name was Howie and he was a very nosy but photogenic neighborhood dog. Thanks Howie! After the Thoroughgood House we made a quick stop over at Redwing Park and wandered through the Japanese Gardens. After a quick stop off to grab Conan the Husky and Jake the mix the 5 of us finished our day of shooting with a sunset session at Seashore State Park. Thanks again to a beautiful and loving couple! Can’t wait to photograph your wedding day.

On October the 8th in beautiful Bloomingburg, NY on what could not have been a more lovely day for a wedding Christen and Todd were wed and we had the pleasure of photographing their precious day. The day started off nice and relaxed, the boys went to check out the Orange County Choppers show room while the ladies went to have their hair done. Around 1 everyone started prepping for the wedding, the ceremony commenced around 3:30 and was very nice. After everyone said their well wishes we got down to some photo action and then sent the newly weds on to their fun filled reception at the Eagles Nest. The party didn’t stop until 11 and then the after party kicked into action. These two know how to throw a great party and I know their love with last a lifetime. Congratulations you two – Love Bryan Brough and Eyecaptures Photography!

I’m very proud to launch the Eyecaptures Photography blog which will showcase the Engagements and Weddings of every happy, beautiful and smiling couple that we photograph.

The first couple to grace the Eyecaptures’ Blog are Christen and Todd. I have had the pleasure of knowing Christen for nearly ten years and to watch how happy she is with Todd truly makes me smile and made for a great Engagement session. We had a fantastic shoot around Virginia Beach from the campus of Regent University to the beach at northern end of VB. We played around a fountain, frolicked through the woods, dug our toes in the sand and chased ghost crabs in the dunes. To Christen and Todd I know your wedding day will be a beautiful one.
